Provides a warm line for individuals to talk to someone who can listen and provide support, without the need for emergency intervention.

Youth and Adolescent Mental Health

Community Health Center (CHC and SBHC) - CHC provides school-based (mental) health care. No need to take time off work or schedule an appointment at a traditional therapist's office. 
If you would like your 5th-8th grade student to recieve services you can enroll them by following the link and selecting either:

​Connecting to Care CT – A statewide initiative designed to help families understand, navigate, and access children’s behavioral and mental health services in Connecticut. The platform offers tools to locate local providers, learn about care coordination, and explore trauma-informed school mental health programs.
