Mental Health
Book Club

"Knowledge is power, but sharing it is even more powerful"

In collaboration with Durham Middlefield Youth & Family Services, RSD13, Levi E. Coe Library, and the Durham Middlefield Local Wellness Coalition.

The Mental Health Book Club is a gathering designed to foster meaningful conversations about mental health, wellness, and the challenges facing individuals and communities today. Each month, we explore a carefully selected book that offers valuable insights into topics such as mental health, resilience, addiction, and personal growth.
Open to educators, parents, professionals, and community members, the book club provides a welcoming space to learn, share perspectives, and connect with others who are passionate about mental health and the wellness of our community.

Participation also counts toward professional development requirements for educators.
