Expressions of Healing is an initiative designed to foster creativity, inclusion, and meaningful dialogue around mental health and addiction. Through visual art, poetry, music, movement, and other creative mediums, community members are invited to share their experiences, perspectives, and emotions in response to the following prompts:
- What does mental health mean to you? or
- What does addiction mean to you? or
- What does mental wellness mean to you?
