Claudia White, M.EDExecutive DirectorClaudia White is excited to move forward in her new role as Executive Director. She spent 20+ years in the community raising a family and participating in community activities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Art in Education from Tusculum University. Since 1988, Claudia has worked with young people and families in a variety of capacities. These roles include community educator, child advocate, high school principal, and the DMYFS Juvenile Review Board Case Manager. In addition, she brings decades of small business managerial experience. Claudia believes that our community’s resiliency is built with strong connections. Her door is open, and she wants to hear your voice.

Jade Adalbert, MS, LPCADirector of Prevention programsJade Adalbert is a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. With a strong background in mental health therapy and addiction prevention, Jade leads the DMYFS prevention initiatives, focusing on promoting mental wellness, healthy decision making, and supporting youth and families in the community. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in counseling, research, and program development, with a commitment to fostering resilience, inclusivity, and well-being for all. Jade is passionate about making a meaningful impact through education, outreach, and collaborative community efforts.
