TEEN DATING VIOLENCE!
It's real and it's happening to our teens.
Click Here find out more about our Safe Date Workshops and to watch a powerful video about Rebecca and how she tries to understand the relationship she is experiencing with her boyfriend Greg and how she takes the step to talk with an adult that will guide her to 'Choose Respect'!
CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!
If you have a special talent and are interested in volunteer work DMYFS offers many programs and by using volunteers it allows us to offer enrichment activities that the children would love to try but may not get the opportunity such as watercolor painting, simple woodworking, yoga, and cooking.
Also if you need to complete community service hours you can contact us at 860- 349-0258. These hours usually consist of office work, filing, cleaning, painting, helping in the food bank, washing of town vehicles, landscaping and other activities.
